Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must:

Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Quincy Tone is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge if the request is made before the item is shipped. Once shipped, the return policy will apply.
